Have questions about ordering uniforms for your team? Don't worry, you're not alone. Ordering uniforms can be fun and stressful at the same time. We hope to alleviate the stress and just make it fun for you. When you buy uniforms from Kelley, you are getting them directly from the brand, not a sporting goods store. This gives you more control over the customization options you have with your unforms. Our goal is to be the best uniform experience in the country. Anyhow, enough of that - below you will find some common questions we get.
- Do you have a spreadsheet I can use to size my players?
Yes. Download it here! Note: "Ankle" refers to the ankle fit of baseball pants (Loose or Gathered).
- How Can I Pay?
We accept credit card payments online. School may use official purchase orders. We also accept checks and money orders - which must be paid in full at the time of order. We will let you pay half now and half upon shipment if your order total exdeeds $1,000. Contact Us if you need to pay by check or with a school purchase order.
- What if I add a player after I order?
While we recommend you order an extra uniform set or 2 when you place your original order, we understand there are times when you still need to place an add-on order. After your original order of at least 10 units, you can place an add-on order to the same design as needed. Standard lead times apply.
- How long will my uniform order take?
We try to get them to you as soon as humanly possible. However, because of the complexity of our entire custom apparel operation, all full custom orders require a minimum 5 week lead time.
- I need uniforms in less than 5 to 7 weeks, what can I do?
Please see our Semi-Custom uniform offering.
- How do I size my team?
Sizing your team for Kelley Custom Apparel is simple. For tops, we go by standard top sizes, and offer them in both Youth and Adult. For pants, simply measure the circuference of the waist, as well as the inseam length, starting from the bottom of the crotch to the top of the foot.
As a general rule, remember that it is always better to get uniforms too big rather than too small. Larger uniforms can easily be hemmed to correct any sizing mistakes made during the ordering process.
