Extra Options All Kelley Custom Hats allow for a front letter logo with up to 15,000 stitches. While we do offer many letter variations, we also understand that some teams want to use a custom logo with more stitching. The following options are available:
Custom Logo ($25.00 design fee applies)
Extra Stitching over 15,000 - .30 cents per 1,000
Additional Embroidery Locations - $5.00 per location includes 5,000 stitches. This will need to be in a standard font we offer or a custom logo fee will apply. Flags are available upon request. .30 cents for each 1,000 stitches over 5,000

Using a tape measure, start one inch above your eye brows and go around the widest part of your head. Measure the full circumference and match it to the measurements below. Head size is on the left, hat size is on the right:
- 21 Inches = 6 and 5/8
- 21 and 1/2 in = 6 and 3/4
- 21 and 5/8 in = 6 and 7/8
- 22 and 1/8 in = 7
- 22 and 1/2 in = 7 and 1/8
- 23 in = 7 and 1/4
- 23 and 3/8 in = 7 and 3/8
- 23 and 3/4 in = 7 and 1/2
- 24 in = 7 and 5/8
- 24 and 1/2 in = 7 and 3/4
